Everyone's body is different. If you're hungry, eat them back. If not, don't worry about it unless you start having issues.

Yes, it does. I only comment on people's diary updates after I've read through their food choices. I disabled my diary updates since I grew tired of the comments, since I am not even sure they read my diary? Bah!

Currently Degree's UltraClear. I used to use Dove ALL the time...but it doesn't seem to be able to handle me anymore. D:

I keep mine open to friends. Anyone feel free to add me. =)

I'm a mother of one minion! ;) Anyone feel free to add me. :)

anyone feel free to add me. I keep my diary open to friends and do look at other diaries.

When I am behind the wheel, I drive and make very little conversation with my passengers. Anything can happen at any time, so I choose to focus on driving.

I've learned not to bother discussing it with anyone around me unless it's someone I see in my gym... My family's negative every time I ever mention anything about this change in my life. I can't even talk about it with an old friend I've reconnected with (used to be best buddies). She thinks I am crazy. It's just all a…

I have been in some shady YMCA's, but I have also been in some really awesome ones. Take a tour through the gyms and see which one you feel more comfortable in.

Very good price

Thanks for mentioning whey protein. My daughter has actually been curious about it since she sees me mix it up in my yogurt. It just didn't dawn on me that she would benefit from it, until now. I had only just been seeing my chocolate whey as a way to fill my chocolate needs during my weight loss journey...great to realize…

Thanks for making a topic about this, I am trying to help my daughter gain some weight as well. She's a picky eater and it's driving me nuts! Gonna eyeball this post! :)

I knew I needed to change myself when I realized my "fat" clothes (of several years) were getting tight.

I didn't weigh my food at first, but since we eat at home more than go out...I finally started weighing things the past couple of weeks to be more accurate.

I don't live in a safe neighborhood. I feel a lot more secure being at the gym during my exercise routine. I love hiking, but the nearest decent ones are hours away. :(

My hubby and I's taste in foods are too complicated for our kid...so I usually have her pick out her meal unless she's suggesting only sweet stuff, then I'll just cook something up that I know she'll eat.

In the event of BLOOD being in food, I'd think it's best to be honest.

Anyone can add me if they wish to. I log on everyday and fill out my diaries, comment, etc.

Not too often, I usually only work out again if I feel like crap by evening time.

Hang in there, you've been doing really well about this. You know the feeling won't shake off just like that. You'll have your bad days sometimes...this disorder isn't something that would magically be gone for good, even if you are doing so well. It's a lifetime struggle and you just need to make sure to stay STRONG.…

I personally try to only weigh once a week, but I sometimes end up checking my weight midweek anyway. My weight goes down really slowly, which is why I try to stick to weekly checks

Since I've started doing more strength training after my cardio (for about 3-4 weeks now), I have noticed a slight difference in my triceps area...doesn't jiggle AS much. Hopefully they'll keep firming up as I lose more weight...it sucks that I sometimes have to wear L/XL shirts just because my upper arms are too thick for…

I noticed something strange today...I was changing out of my gym clothes and my eye spotted something on my lower back (in the mirror). Back dimples...! I don't recall ever seeing those in the past. Awesome. :blushing:

I'm not sure, I just know I drink a lot of it since it's my main beverage. :blushing:

I don't understand why you would let a stranger's words bother you, when you don't even know who he was talking to? I think you've overreacted. Personally, I hear a lot of crap from people about different things. Sometimes I KNOW it's about me, sometimes I'm unsure. Either way, I don't let others' words bug me. How are you…

Good job! Thanks for posting these too. I weigh about what you started your journey at and hope to reach 135lbs...so your pictures are inspiring for me, was starting to lose a little motivation until I saw your post and weight progress.

I check my pulse, mentally log it and enter all necessary info here when I get home: http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm It's a minor annoyance, since it is an extra step...but at the moment I can't invest in a HRM. :blushing: I've already gotten used to the average I burn for 60 mins of Spinning or 4.0 walking...so I can…

I've been eating around 1200 calories everyday and my body doesn't feel deprived in the slightest bit. This probably has something to do with my health history, but I will not bother going into detail about that. Everybody is different. There is no point in anyone trying to prove why eating 1200 calories is so wrong for…

I wear bikinis even though I have stretchmarks all over me. They're close to matching my skin color though, so it's not too bad. I am more self conscious about cellulite.
