Have you tried doing 6 small meals a day so you aren't as hungry? Or doing 3 meals and then doing 3 snacks? That way when you get home from work you won't want to binge on food from starvation.

70lbs since November 2013. I lost the first 45lbs just counting calories and then I added in cardio for 65 minutes a day, 5 days a week starting July 2014 and I still do that. I have more I want to lose because I'm still not happy. Right now I am 5'9 and 134.

I eat the 60 calorie puddings that are either chocolate, vanilla, chocolate/vanilla mix, or dulce de leche. Or I eat the 90 calorie ice cream cups from TruMoo.

When people sit on the equipment and talk to each other instead of moving when they're done!

I do a treat day once a month where I'll make food that I actually want to eat fit into my calories like a small pizza or a Blizzard from DQ.

1500 calories is WAY too low for a grown man. You are going to feel sick and hungry all the time and you are never going to get enough nutrients. And the most you are supposed to lose healthily per week is 2lbs. You'll be yoyoing back if you really try to lose 3lbs a week, but it's your life!

I take bottles of water with me to work and just drink 3-6 16.9fl oz ones during my shift. And I also take a bottle with me to the gym that I drink and I drink one at home.

I never do, but my dad gives up peanut butter every year because he eats so much of it. I already have an extremely limited diet due to an food phobias and an eating disorder so it would never work for me to give up anything!

You coming here is great! I don't think I'd recommend gastric sleeve surgery. I work in a hospital that does those and I've seen a LOT of very sick people afterwards. If you were going to do the weight loss surgery route I'd recommend a lap band because that can be adjusted or be removed. It's not as awful for you. But, I…

The loose skin. I can't see past that to enjoy my weight loss. I'm working on getting consultations to get the skin removed so that I can actually feel good about myself. I figured losing weight would fix all my issues with how much I dislike how I look, but nope!

65 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and then 3 of those days I do 15-20 minutes of weights after the cardio.

I would walk, jog, or ride a bike. If you have access to a gym then go use a rower or a treadmill or use an exercise bike and then some days do weights instead of cardio. If you eat at a deficit you'll also lose weight. I lost my first 45lbs counting calories only without any exercise at all.

lol...I was reading the ingredients and I've never even heard of this "monk fruit" that they seem to use in place of any other flavors in every single product.

I'm with you...obsessive about it. I go into complete panic mode if I think I might even be a calorie over my limit, so I always make sure to be a little under. I'm so afraid of gaining weight again.
