Between $2.79-$2.99/gal here in Pittsburgh PA depending on where you go.

I have 9 more pounds to lose and I have been in a plateau for a month now. The closer you get to your goal, the more your body holds on. It is frustrating and it seems to happen to everyone.

I use MFPs calories and I don't eat back any of my exercise calories ever. I'm too afraid to gain weight by doing so.

I don't eat for pleasure, but my reason is because I have an eating disorder that I've had my entire life. It is called ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder) and I have a VERY small amount of foods I'll eat. What made me overweight was that I ate sauceless 5 cheese pizza or pepperoni rolls with garlic dipping…

I spend between $120-$180 a month for groceries. It's just me though.

I think I inherited it because my Pap had bad orthostatic intolerance. Everyone else in my family has high BP so it had to come from him! How did you manually change your sodium? I need to do that!!
-
I have my diary closed due to too many comments that have to do with my eating disorder and what I eat. I was getting tired of being attacked due to something I can't control because my issues with food are phobias that cause me true panic attacks. When my calories lower, I lower what I eat. Everything I eat is…

I hate that warning. It tells me that everyday. I put salt on everything I can...even in my oatmeal. I have to though because 80/48 is not a good BP no matter what! The worst thing is that my blood sodium levels are always low even though I eat so much of it which I guess is because I drink so much water and because my…

I never really thought about that! I drink at least a gallon or two of water a day because I am constantly dehydrated and drink an Emergen-C packet daily for the electrolytes.
-
It's not second nature to everyone though. For me I log daily and have for over a year, but I still have to check constantly even though I eat the exact same things and know exactly how many calories I have left over before exercise and I don't eat back any exercise calories. If I have a night where I decide to eat a pizza…

I think I understand because I already have an ED that I've lived with since I was a toddler and I know I'm always on the line of another one. It's rough and I'm sorry you live with it too. I used to eat either sauceless 5 cheese pizza or pepperoni rolls with garlic dipping sauce every single night of the week because…

I am also someone who will have to do this for the rest of my life to not be overweight and it overwhelms me. I have an eating disorder that I've had since I was a toddler called selective eating disorder (SED), so I am not one of those lucky people who can just be like "well, instead of taking Pringles as a snack I'm…

If you have Facebook come join this group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/55498983024/ . There are a lot of people there who will understand your plight and not be so condescending and rude about it.

I have SED (selective eating disorder) which is also now known as ARFID (avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder). I have a very small list of foods that I am willing to eat and that is it. I have been like this since I was 2 years old. When people try to force me to eat things that I have phobias of I will have panic…

I do unless my blood pressure drops too low. It has the tendency to do that during and it's hard for me to work out when it's 80/48. But, I still try anyway!

I only track my weight on MFP if I lose. I use the Libra app on my phone to keep track daily because it has a chart so I can see my daily/weekly/monthly/yearly fluctuations.
-
The way people panic about it I thought it made a huge difference. I have eaten the same things for over a year now every day since I started this. The only adjustments I made to it were subtracting things out as my calories lowered, but still used the same foods. I don't drink anything except for water...I can't have…

I've noticed that on the days I exercise I weight 1+lbs less than on the days I don't. It drives me insane! I can't work out 7 days a week because I need a break sometimes too, lol. I've been stuck between 142.6-144.8 for weeks now and all I want to do is hit 135. I can't think of what else it could be and I kept seeing…

About myself is that I lost 60lbs and still can't get my stomach flat even with weight lifting, cardio, and a calorie deficit. I also hate plateaus!!! People who critique my body...telling me I've lost too much weight or commenting on how skinny I am or how I must not eat ever.

I have not a clue. I was 160 when I was 25, then I went up to 204, and now I'm back down to 144. I have PCOS and endometriosis and a few other issues, so it could be. I've done minocycline, doxycycline, Finacea cream, Metrogel, Metrocream, Retinol, sulfur washes, and a billion other expensive things. Plus I tried Proactiv…

My Christmas dinner will be the same thing my Thanksgiving dinner was. A small sauceless cheese pizza.

Yes. I can only eat in front of people I feel comfortable with. And if I am eating with other people then I eat as quickly as I can so no one can watch me do it. I have a lot of times where I eat before I go places because the restaurants I have to go are not ones that have foods I will even touch...most are foods I can't…

I constantly feel like people are laughing at me or making comments about my body or judging me, but I think it comes from how I was treated when I was in school. I have a horrible self image and am very anxious around other people and have low self-esteem, so even though I've lost 60lbs and weigh 144lbs (I'm 5'9½) now, I…

I overeat if I have something near me that is full and open. Like if someone leaves a can of regular Pringles sitting open near me then I will eat the entire thing without even thinking just because it's there. It especially happens if I'm talking to someone while I'm eating. I live by myself, so I only buy 100 calorie…

I've worked a desk job for a decade now and it is rough on weight. I just make sure to keep track of my calories, I bring food with me to work so I don't feel tempted to order out, and I make sure to work out 3-5 days a week after work. I have noticed on my rest day(s) that I gain a pound and then on the days I work out I…
