I am on my second month of insanity starting today and I have been eating about 1500 calories a day. I was doing 1200 at first I know crazy but I was hungry all the time so I upped my calories and I feel much better!

Thank you! I guess what is hard for me is staying away from the breads and too many carbs. And when I cook things for dinner I usually just cook my portion that I will eat. I am not a huge fan of left overs.

I just saw on Doc OZ talk about how no creams will help with celulite. So I wouldnt invest in any of that. I bet working out and getting more lean muscle would help cause I have heard many people say that.

Im doing insanity right now and It is not a short cut at all I lost about 5 lbs in the first four weeks of doing it and I do not think that is any huge weight loss that would be a shortcut.
