I bet they were delicious! I woke up this morning and decided I was gonna eat whatever I want. I don't feel guilty at all. It's not a matter of having a craving or binging. It's just what I feel like doing today. Considering I've lost 12 lbs in 3 months I'm not really that concerned with having a day like this every once…

The big mantra of MFP is not to deny yourself foods that you love because that only leads to failure. So, I say, why not have vodka before two?

These ideas are AMAZING...LOVE the avocado...might just spice it up with some Tapatio hot sauce...mmm.

Thanks! They sound great.

If this was a one time thing...well then it's over. The time to do something about it has passed. If it continues, I would take an action as the incident is happening, whichever action you choose. It's harder to correct an issue after the fact.

I find the opposite: If I decide to drink instead of eat, my hunger goes away after the second beer. I have, however, seriously lowered my standards to stay in my calorie limit. I used to drink Newcastle...Then dropped to Coors Light...Now I'm at Natural Light. Tastes much worse but its only 98 calories a can.

   Not sure if anyone else got it, but I did. Well done.

I think the only way grilling out can be bad for you is if you use those super unhealthy marinades...you know, the ones that make your food taste delicious.

I actively creep the forums but don't often respond. I'm actually feeling this exact same thing. I have about 8 more pounds to meet my original goal. The first nine were lost super easy, and now I've gone a few weeks without the scale budging. I'm getting fustrated too. Sending you a FR.

Sounds like dehydration to me. The most dehyrated I got I was seeing rainbows in my eyes and vomitted profusely.

I'm in the same boat, where I have less than ten pounds to go to meet my healthy goal. Do you live alone? I do, and so the solution to this is easy for me. I have absolutely NOTHING in my house that I can binge on that will push me over the edge calorically. The only thing I have that I could eat too much of is plain…

Yes, fish tacos!! I dip the fish in hot sauce and then panko and pan fry it. Then add whatever toppings you want. Delicious.

All i can tell you is that when I've been exercising a lot and generally leading a healthier lifestyle, my period is MUCH lighter...and shorter. Good incentive to work out.

Hello!

You will notice that if you enter in your exercise, those calories will get added to your "calorie bank". But you have to log it for it to show on there.

I was big into sports in college. I close my eyes and picture me running back then, and hear my coach's voice in my head yelling "Push it, Trudy!!"

We are in a similar situation. My goal was to lose 17 lbs when I started following MFP at the beginning of January. Since then (just over 2 months), I lost 9 pounds. But now I'm at a bit of a standstill, if just barely losing. I'm trying not to let it bother me, as all the experts on here say this is normal. It is kind of…

I worked at a Big Cat Sanctuary for ten years. Got the face of my favorite cougar on my foot. They have always been my favorite animal to work with.

Post their numbers and emails on here. We'll flood their inboxes with so much hate mail we'll crash the system. :explode:

Personally, I don't get the juicing thing. It seems unneccessary, plus, I like to chew. As long as you follow the MFP formula, eating the alloted calories every day, you shouldn't have to juice...or even be hungry...like, at all. Its about choosing low calorie, filling foods.
-
I was going to say exactly this. Minus the zombie part, but I like that too!!
-
I admit that I do drink my dinner some times...I literally don't eat dinner, but by the second beer I'm not hungry anymore. :drinker:
-
Yes, don't go too low. Its much harder to sustain when you are starving yourself. Eat how many calories MFP tells you, play with your intake to find more filling foods that are lower calorie and keep you within your budget. Eat what you want, no matter what it is, but you will find you'll have to reduce your portion sizes.

That's why I'm gay. No, women can be just as bad. I'd say, still take the compliment. Stay positiive. You'll find him eventually.

I plan my whole day, usually week out. But, I have no problem with eating the same thing every day for a week. If I plan on varying what I eat, I always log ahead of time to see how I will make out calorie wise. This way I can make adjustments before it's too late. I have had some luck doing it this way.
