It must be the cream or milk you are adding to the coffee. If you got "coffee" off the MFP list of foods the person who entered it must have added cream or milk to their coffee
-
ohhh, those sound good! Plus I get to use my food processor!

This happens to me everytime I start back at the gym. I've seen it explained as water weight. Your muscle hold onto water? I think that what was explained to me

First of all your trainer seems very extreme! I would start slowly. Definitely get rid of all soda, even diet coke. Also get rid of the juice. Drink water; flavor it with lemon, limes, etc. if you need some flavor. Try to cut all extra sugar out of your diet. Once you've gotten used to that then maybe do salads for lunch,…

Does Pier 1 have an on-line store with a clearance section? Maybe try craigslist? My last suggestion would be Amazon
-
Never heard of it. Where do you find it and what does it do?

I've never been to Disneyland, but I just returned from 7 days in Disney (10-18 through 10-24) and I didn't gain an ounce!! I weighed myself the morning as we walked out the door and the following morning when we returned! I ate everything I wanted, including ice cream sundaes at Gharidelli's, desserts galore, snacks, etc.…

I saw a receipe, I think on Rachel Ray, to simply cut the squash in half, seed it and them bake one half with cinnamon sugar and the other half with romano parseman cheese (sorry for the spelling, I have 5 kids running under foot), Opps, bake until cooked

Tomorrow's another day. Start again tomorrow. PS Don't let that extra 5 pounds throw you. You did it once, you can do it again!

Meant to ask-does anyone have any suggestions for a reaonable bike shop in the RI/Mass area? I know there is one on the East Providence/Seekonk line, but I think they are pretty expensive
-
thanks so much; guess I won't be shopping at Walmart tomorrow
-
I love Torrid, but they are expensive. Dots has really cute things. Its not quality (figure you will get 2-3 seasons total out of an outfit) but they are cute and cheap. Also Burlington Coat Factory has cute things, although their selection has gone downhill lately. Finally, Macy's. I always forget Macy's!

Thanks for all the quick replies. I have been eating fast food a lot more than normal partly because I've been so busy the past week and just broke up with my bf:(. Yes my calories may go over my MP allotment, but I am following WW and have hit right about my 36 points daily (not going over or using my extra points…

I bought my coconut oil from GNC and love it. I haven't used it to eat or cook-yet-the fat content is scary! But I have used it as a conditioner for my face, a small amount of my face for a few minutes, then wipe off and also as a lotion for my body. It smells yummy!! The bottle from GNC was only about $12.00 and was good…

My dr. prescribed Lasix for me to due to swelling last year; but I only took it for maybe 2 days. I tried an "Acai Berry Cleanse" and bloated up.

Are you trying to loose weight or just maintain? I beleive you said that you normally eat twice as much as you should according to Myfitnesspal, and that you maintained your weight. If so then you could probably increase your calories to 1500. I set mine to 1200, knowing that I may slip up and hit 1500. Better to aim lower…

I hear you on that one. But, at least you haven't given up. Get right back into it knowing the holidays are over!!!
-
Could you water the soup down and then eat less of it? That would reduce the sodium, I think. Anyone??
-
I remember reading a thread about this subject several weeks ago. So I went to GNC and bought a bottle of capsules. There were two different types, don't remember what kinds; anywhoo, I take one capsule every morning with my coffee. Can't say I feel any differently, but I will tell you that I have lost every single week,…

I've been known to slip up numerous times; sometimes it has resulted in a gain, sometimes a loss. As long as you realize your mistake and try to manage around them you do great. Congrats on the 50 lb loss, can't wait until I see that number!!! I think the fact that your motivated to not make the same mistake of loosing and…

Could you be stressing about something?> This happened to me and the doctor thought it was stress. Sure enough it was.

Never heard of this. What it is?
-
i found them at the stop&shop organic frozen food dept. haven't tried them yet, but i bought the corn muffins
-
I agree that eating healthy is more expensive. I don't buy organic. Right now I'm eating spinach. ($1.99 for a large cello bag), spaghettie squash (.69 a pound); butternut squash (I will splurge and buy the pre-cut for about $2.59 and pre-slice mushroom ($1.99). I also eat a lot of Uncle Ben's brown rice, boil in bag…

Spend an hour or so after food shopping to pre-package your snacks and breakfast and lunches. I tend to eat breakfast and lunch alone, while i have dinner with hte family. In the morning on your way out the door its a lot easier to just grab a baggie of carrots, a container of yogurt, frozen entire (or whatever is for…

Jolly Time Popcorn. Its only one point per serving on WW and they have small single serve bags. I also love the WW frozen desserts.. RIght now Key Lime Pie and Strawberry Shortcake are my fav's and finally, baked apple chips. Thinly slice 2-3 apples, place on baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar subsitute.…

Week 1 and down 1.2 pounds per WW. Which is actually a little more like 1.5 pounds because WW uses tenths and not sixteenths.
-
Really silly question..did the op say she weighs herself on her wii? Really? cool. Maybe I'll have to break down and buy one now!

Water is important. I purchased large water bottles (64 ounces) from Bed Bath and Beyond, but I've seen them at Stop & Shop. I fill one every morning with filtered watter and lemon slices. It does take me almost all day to drink one bottle, but its soo worth it. I've noticed on the few days that I haven't filled by bottle…
