Sometimes it helps to hear someone voice the unthinkable, even if it just fulfils a sense of anger at his behaviour. Obviously the OP isn't going to leave her BF based on comments on a weight loss forum!

He sounds like a total ****. DTMA!

That's brilliant - well done!

1. Did you stop believing in the tooth fairy, easter bunny, love, etc 6 or 7, including love 2. You finally get old enough you stopped being comfortable changing in a car( I hope this wasn't just me). Didn't have a car so can't say! 3. Quit girl scouts, boy scouts, FFA, etc. Never joined it 4. Stop calling your parents…

I thought the same thing...

This looks a lot like my fridge: full of Tupperware!

Thanks for the update! It's always satisfying to hear the end of the story :)

I live alone. The best solution I've come up with is to limit the types of food I eat, and it's supposed to be a good way of dieting too (we eat more when presented by a wide range of foods). If you just stick to a few tried and tested recipes, and freeze them like people have suggested, you should do fine. Also, don't…

Doesn't Average Joe's look like the most awesome gym? Especially at the end :)

Dodgeball; best scene the Lance Armstrong motivational talk at the end. Cracks me up every time!

My advice is to plan for being hungry in the evening, dont think you can wing it on willpower alone! I make sure I have enough calories left at the end of the day for a couple of soft boiled eggs and some crispbread/Melba toast, which I eat at about 8:30 or 9pm. It works for me, I never get night time hunger pangs.…

I went out one night to a hardcore gig back in the day when I was a supercool angsty teenaged goth, and got very drunk. As I got off the bus at about midnight and started the five minute walk home, I realised I needed to pee really badly. I was wearing heels and a fishtail dress that clutched tight round the knees with a…

Cool - thanks! Might try it in a protein shake too :)

I would consider coffee and olive oil to be awesome staples, so not necessary to count.

I'm curious - what's almond milk like, and what do you do with it?
-
Yeah! LOL. Eggs seem to be very popular.
-
Yeah, oats - I always have oats around. Worlds greatest grain!

Sports bra, loose fitting capris and a t shirt, with a hoody to cover up at the end. Trainer socks and trainers.

Ah, I see what you mean. Look on the bright side - they don't have sugar free squash or M&S ready meals.

If you eat it in reverse by pushing it up your bottom, it actually REDUCES belly fat. True!

ROFLMAO! My thoughts exactly.
-
No it isn't! You can get that stuff everywhere!

Couldn't agree with you more. *salutes you*

Safe. I do my dream job - designer for a NYC company working in virtual reality - as a part time job. My full time job is working for the head of a very famous academic department, which I also love, incidentally. The benefit of keeping your "passion" job as a part-time job is that you get to choose what projects you work…

Hi there, What do you mean by "we seem to be very behind in what we can get" with relation to recipes? I would respond but I'm confused! E

Captain's "log" supplemental: one of the nice things about larger, more regular and healthy bowel movements is that feeling of "Ha! I just lost another half pound!" as it drops into the pan. Even if it's psychological, I do always feel bouncier after visiting the bathroom. Also, I do a lot of walking, in gym clothes, at…

OMG! Thanks for the tip.

I'm confused - are you asking if people are crapping and farting more? I'm not trying to be gross but I don't know exactly what it is you've "discovered"! I find that the extra exercise makes me move my bowels; I probably pass a quick, healthy stool twice a day now, rather than a dense, pongy turd once a day. I sincerely…
