I always eat the crust all the way around first and then go for the frosted part. I've been doing it this way since I was a kid.

I ALMOST bought those last night and then I remembered I didn't have enough calories later that day and I would sabotage myself. Now I wish I had gotten one. I think I might buy a box and keep it at my boyfriend's house so I won't be around enough to eat the whole box in 24 hours. I also saw oatmeal ones.

I'll probably wear both at the same time and see what the difference is before deciding to quit the other one.

yeah I've tried loosening it it's still uncomfortable for me. Another plus is that I don't need to be at the computer to see the data on it since it has a screen. I'm going to order it from Target.com since it's on sale for $10 cheaper ($49) If I don't like it I'll just return it to the store.

This! it was the strawberry one and it was like strawberry flavored chalk. So glad I didn't buy a whole thing of it. The only people who say it's great are the ones who sell it. I don't trust anyone's positive reviews.

I put a tablespoon of it into my vanilla Chobani yogurt and dip apples in it :)

I see nothing wrong with it as long as it's not a daily thing, If I had the calories left to go get one I would. I've had the mini blizzards and I think they are much bigger than one scoop. I've even put it back in the freezer and make a second serving out of it.

I use Pure Protein whey protein powder. I have it in vanilla and chocolate. I prefer proteins that are 15 grams and up per scoop.

I don't usually snack right before a workout but after I usually have a protein shake or a Chobani yogurt

I need to find this stuff, Jillian Michaels was talking about it on a podcast I was listening to. I had never heard of it til now!

I became sort of lactose intolerant after I had gastric bypass surgery in 2003, I can handle cheese and yogurt but if I drink milk and eat some ice creams (I can have the low sugar kinds but in small amounts) I have horrible stomach pains and end up in the bathroom for a while.

I used to eat regular but now that I'm eating Chobani I no longer like regular. It doesn't keep me full, has too much sugar and not enough protein.

I get the Weight Watchers individual cups of cream cheese, they taste great and keep me from using too much. I'm not even on Weight Watchers lol
