That's exactly what I used to do. Every time I slipped I would let myself start over so I'd have weekends on completely destructive binges. Thanks everyone for the support! You guys are the best!

I also do once a week. Every Wednesday morning. I try not to get on the scale any other time because I get discouraged really easily. I work out hard and eat right just so I can see that number go down lol! I know how weight can fluctuate throughout the day so I don't weigh any other time.

Try drinking it in a cup with a straw. I know it sounds silly but I drink three times as much if I do that instead of out of a bottle.
