Its going GREAT! I LOVE and i mean LOVE level 3! I feel the burn FOR SURE!!!!! I think its because they are more static moves and slower, so you can REALLY feel the stretch and burn from it.. . idk lol I am a FAN :bigsmile:

I normally get up early and workout before the kids are up. If i dont get up early, i will workout after work. I come home, make dinner, and while they are eating, i work out. After them seeing you workout for so long, they will want to do it with you, which makes it fun, bc most of the time they dont last past the warm…

Morning!!!! :drinker: I made the mistake of skipping yesterday morning and ended up making it up at about 7:45 last night and I felt so good about it that i followed it with P90X Ab Ripper X, showered and went to bed.
