I had avacado in sushi rolls ...didn't care for it. But I love seafood. was it the avacado or the sushi roll itself? What is it supposed to taste like? It shouldn't be empty. I put everything in that I've eaten. Yest I had something like 1298 calories. I was thrilled I went over. Then noticed I worked some off and had @ 400 left...(I think) I'm just so frustrated that I eat and can't get the 1200 and exercise and still can't lose.

Ok I installed the app on my cell so I can track my food/liquid. I am hypothyroid (since I was 14) and keep a VERY close watch on my tsh free T3 and free T4 levels.
