Yeah you do. If someone said "I'm going to see ____, do you want to go?" I wouldn't think it was a date. If someone said "Do you want to go see a movie sometime?" I would think he was asking me out.

Uh yeah :noway: , like the countless steroids perscribed everyday, anti-psychotics, meds for seizure disorders, the list goes on... Trust me there are PLENTY of meds that can cause weight gain and make it next to impossible to lose weight.

My husband has PF and he is a cyclist so he just went ahead and got the injections into his feet a few years ago and wears special orthotics. It actually worked really well.

I don't limit my calories that day but I do limit how often I go out. I also do an exrta workout for 2-3 days after to mentally make myself feel less guilty. The Skinny Girl Sangria and White Cranberry Cosmo are excellent to bring over to a girlfriends house if you are "going out" by staying in.

Not too radical. I lost a ton doing low carb+ low fat. I would only advise you find or create a plan that increases "good" carbs and fat slowly over time.
