I forgot my boat once and I couldn't believe how horrible my runs were. But seriously, I'm learning to trust the BodyMedia I just purchased rather than random advice here about my food intake and calorie burn.

I use a chiro for this issue. I always have shoulder/ rotator cuff issues when I start a new or more intense routine. 1 visit takes care of it, then I get yelled at for how i sit or relax and I'm told to stop watching my feet running (but I like to know I'm still moving and haven't died mid-run)

I know a lot of tall, dark and/or pasty, and ugly if it makes you feel better. My husband towers over me at 6'3" but I chalk that up to my Napolean Complex... not his attractiveness based on height.

I watched Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition for the first and last time last night and wanted crawfish.. But I get it, when I watched Biggest Loser I always wanted to eat, it was CRAZY. I never had evening cravings until Bob Harper said ,"Tsk Tsk". Man vs. Food though, opposite,...makes my guts hurt.

I'm 5 foot even and will totally get one when I finish school. Just my choice, I felt more comfortable about the girls when I was heavier and had them rather than when I was skinny and hardley had them, so I know the difference in how having a certain size breasts affects me mentally.

Try C25K with your pup and adjust accordingly! My dog is huge, but no athlete so I started him off using C25K and it has been great. (I carry water for him too- we can't run together in the summer because he is a sled dog but the rest of the year he is good to go).

BTW the treadmill stress test- BM caculated 172 calories burned and the doctor calculated 189 MUCH closer than the DVD results.

I was thinking about a Garmin when I start doing more miles in a week. I think they link to BM. Anyone doing this? The food diary is not as good as on MFP. Do any of you see an issue with logging food on MFP and then creating a personal food on BM with the final MFP calculations of the day?
