My personal belief: If you still look good at the end of a workout, you didn't do it right. So, I never bother wearing any make up to the gym. I just wear my spandex shorts and my old staff T-shirts and know that my behind looks great. :D

Ohhh yes. I can no longer eat any fast food or else I pay for it with stomach cramps for the entire day. Even heavy ice cream now gives me an upset stomach! :( Once you body gets the good stuff, it doesn't want anything else!

I honestly must have the smallest stomach in the world, because I eat 1000 calories and I'm full for the day. Like, so full I don't even consider ice cream (which, I suppose, is a good thing).
