I agree...that makes all the difference. if you are under and are completely full and satisfied than i think it's fine, but if you are depriving yourself and go to bed hungry every night, then you can only keep that up for so long...

If you complete your day with less than 1200 calories it will tell you that it is unhealthy and can put your body into starvation mode. Since you are nursing, you will be burning about 500 extra calories per day than someone your height/weight who is not nursing. Also, something I learned in my biology class is that the carbonation in pop can dehydrate you a little. So even though you are drinking diet, which is way better than regular pop, you are still canceling out the water a little bit with each pop. I love Brownberry Double Fiber Wheat bread. 80 calories per slice and the fiber makes it more filling plus all the other benefits of fiber. 5g of fiber per slice. 17g of whole grain. Very soft and delicious. I can't eat white bread...it tastes like cotton or something. Too flimsy and bland. :) Hope you find a new yummy…

I have taken the live Zumba clasess and they are a major workout. It is so fun, though, so it doesn't feel as cumbersome as other workouts. I'm sure Hip Hop abs would be just as fun though. Just different music and different genres of dancing. Good luck!

Here's an idea that might help you when you have to exercise inside. I found a nice used treadmill on craigslist for 250 and when i can't get to the gym I will walk on my treadmill.
