Bad week for me. Got sick last weekend and down with a sinus infection. No working out and eating poorly lead me to gain a little to 258lb. Finally starting to feel better and hoping to get back to normal today. Good luck everybody!

No disrespect, but it sounds like a chemical because it is a chemical. Just because something is "natural" doesn't mean it is not a chemical. If it was not for hundreds or thousands of minute chemical reactions our bodies would not function. The human body is the most complex chemical reactor ever made.

I'm an INTJ and I'm a chemical engineer. It's amazing to me how many INTJ's are on here given they are a small portion of the population.

No exercise this week due to a back injury. Weight stayed the same and I didn't have a loss. Congrats everyone on the great losses!!

I'm Baaackk! After a month and a half of being in a funk, I'm focused again on continuing my journey. Unfortunately, I managed to gain 16 pounds in that month and a half. Last weeks weight = 266 THis weeks weight = 259. Got rid of 7 of the 16 pounds this week!! Good luck to everyone!

Weighed my self and I am 7 pounds heavier (255lb) than I was a few months ago when I last weighed. :angry: Not unexpected given my eating lately. Still floating along with no loss. Weight bounce up a little, then back down. Work and health has meant less working out. Out shutdown should be over in a week so things may return to normal.

Still at a plateau. Got a NSV today thought as my daughter's best friend mom commented on how much weight I have lost. The last few days have been pretty bad with my daughter's birthday and the sinus infection with the resulting antibiotic and steroids. Good luck to everyone!

And the verdict is........no weight loss again. I mixed it up a little bit this week and tried to keep my net calories low. My average net calories was 1500/day. I've seen 5 - 7 pounds before depending on so many variables I can't figure them all out.

Still no weight loss. My weight is bouncing all over the place right now. Probably because of my sodium intake. On a positive note, biceps are more solid, I actually am getting shoulder muscles that I can see. Legs are definitely more solid too.
