I'm taking today off on the shred i am going to try to get in a walk/trot. Sounds like we all have a plan on exercise great job ladies. I do have to admit I did not do good on drinks and food last night :brokenheart: It was my husbands b-day which meant cake, ice cream, and lasagna and some beers!! Oh well back on it today…

Well good to hear from all of you :happy: Managed to do day 2 of the shred i'm sore had trouble getting my shorts on this morning!! LoL Did well on my eating and got some water in. All in all a good day hope everybody else did well have a good night i'll check in Thursday morning :flowerforyou:

Nothing like the present time trying the cutting back on alcohol as of right now had a beer then thought I'll have another its not June!! Then I put it back and grabbed a water :drinker:

I so needed this one I have a 5k in Oct that we are planning to dress up for. I'm the old overweight lady of the group can't change my age but I can work on the weight :wink:

im going to look for those my mom came over last night and made home made enchiladas. YUMMY by the way but i was blown away when i went to look at home many calories are in corn tortillas :sad:

Good Morning all so just say our mini challenges more protien and self pep talks got it good luck to everybody. My own goal this week is to walk i have another 5k on the 27th. Would like to get under 39:48. I can do it i've done it before and will again!!!! :happy:
