I totally understand. I work in a Medical Office and we are always getting treats from patients and pharmaceuticals reps. Everyone always asks if I want a bagel or cookie or whatever the treat is for the day and when I decline and say I'm dieting/fasting/not eating that ect. I get a funny look and a shoulder shrug.

I know how you feel about the Monster. I used to drink like 5 a week, then I gave them up as a new years resolution, I haven't had an energy drink all 2013. But I am still definitely Addicted to caffeine in most forms.

Not sure if this is annoying anyone else! He is The Doctor not Dr Who The show is Doctor Who not Dr Who rant over PS: Love Matt Smith but I trust the show runners to make a good decision on who will be the next Doctor. They haven't failed us yet.

Today will be day 5 Level 1. I started on Saturday and I haven't had a rest day. I'm looking forward to my work out tonight. I just wanted to say good luck to all the ladies keeping up with this challange. It is going to be worth it!

I have had this DVD for awhile. I never did it with any consistence. Once I saw the before and after pictures I was motivated to stick with the 30 plan. Today will be day 3 and it is a great 20 minute work out that I can do before or after work. I am really looking forward to the end result!

I have the DVD but I've never done it consistently. I'm in the mood for some motivation and this seems like a perfect opportunity. I just need to find a way to convert it to a gym setting to keep me going. When im home I make excuses.
