I can't believe you'd post something so stupid. I just can't BELIEVE you. Gah. What is the... What's the world... Comin-SHE-HULK SMASH! GAAAH PUNY HOOMANS!
-
You have done (and look!) INCREDIBLE! What a motivator you are! Adorable babies, by the way. Human and furry!
-
Wow! That's awesome!
-
You look awesome! I want that polka dot dress!

I have a Shock Absorber by Max. Love it.
-
Shock Absorber Max bra. I found one in my size, which is difficult, and I can do jumping jacks in it.

It just depends, I think. Mine are still perky, after 2 children, breastfeeding, and a 100 lb weight gain. I've lost 35 lbs, and they're the same size, technically. I went from a 38 JJ to a 36 J. I do a lot of back exercises. They haven't sagged at all since the weight loss.
-
Wowza, careful now, you might catch something on fire! You look amazing. You are such an inspiration!

Definitely. All my weight is in my tummy and my chest. I still have curves, but even when I was 114 lbs, I found that my pant size was larger than a friend who was the same height and weight. She wore a 2 at that size, and was shaped differently. My hips are too wide to wear normal sizes, I think. Plus, short torso.

Nibbling is another thing! I'll measure out some baby carrots or something and nibble away while I'm cooking. I have PCOS/insulin resistance, my metabolism hates me.
-
It used to happen to me. I've found that, the longer I'm eating regularly, and not forgetting to eat, the more often I'm hungry. Like, ravenously hungry. Doesn't take much to fill me up, but when I'm hungry, I am -hungry-. I've started making a bunch of meals at once, or all the stuff for it, and then just re-heating when…

5'0'', 216 was my heaviest, and that was the day I went into labor. I ended up sticking around 209-206, even though I breastfed for a year. Got down to 196 or so in January of this year, and got fed up in may. I'm at 181.2 now. Woohoo! I can finally see a bit of my collar bones again. Before my children, I weighed 114. Not…

I try to wake up early, and work out then. I'll work out most often when my almost 2 year old naps. My son is 8, so it's no issue with him. When it's not too bad out, we'll all go out and jump on the trampoline. Not really a work out with the baby on there, but it's fun and moving around.

Definitely lose more inches on it. I've lost 3 inches from my waist already. Haven't really lost weight, though. Actually gained a couple of lbs until I took a break (first rest day in three weeks), and dropped down a few lbs.
-
I always do something else with it. One day, I walk, the next I'll do weights/pilates/yoga, and back to walking/jogging the next day. Only on day 11 though.
-
Looking GREAT! Way to go!

Mashed potatoes. I'd make them with cream cheese and evaporated milk, along with some margarine and seasonings. So, obviously not something you can have more than a bite of. So hard to stop at one bite! I haven't had mashed potatoes in three months.
-
I'm so glad you kept up with it, through the insults. I've been moo'd at, so I feel your pain! Also, digitalbill is completely correct. Women LOVE baldies. My husband is a baldie.
-
I always do an exercise after the shred. Always. Every other day, it's walking. On the "other" day, I'll do something like arm toning, or a pilates butt blast.
-
I'm only on day 10, but I've lost inches already! No weight thus far.
-
I did read that people who train a lot have more instances of it? Are you exercising more/harder? Seems like exercise helps it if it's moderate, and something like leisurely walking (which is what my doctor suggested).

I gotchya, I thought maybe you meant only smokers or whatever got it. Sorry!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asthma Maybe this will help. Or this http://www.webmd.com/asthma/default.htm
-
I proceed as normal, but I'm curious if you're supposed to rest or not. I've found that it gets better after a few days. Pilates really kick my booty, too!
-
I'm doing the 30 Day Shred, I was wanting to do the Ripped in 30 after I finished it.
-
Asthma isn't something you can pick up. I was born with it. You can make it better with exercising and stuff, and there are some inhaled steroids you can take.
-
I love the recipe feature! I've been on MFP for 18 days now, I think. I lost about 4 lbs really quick, but this week, the scale has moved back up 2 lbs. Still eating healthy and stuff, still exercising... Not sure what the deal is. Other than, maybe the 3 weeks straight of exercise (every day) has made me gain muscle. My…

I agree that pointing out someone's BAD eating habits might be helpful. Guy or girl, NO ONE should say things like that. There's a difference between pointing out something, and being downright rude and unhelpful.

I always say thank you, as well. It's only when people follow it up with something else that it bothers me. Or flat out say, "You know, you'd be so much more attractive if you'd just try to lose weight." Thank you, person that doesn't know me and doesn't know that I am actually working to lose weight, and have lose some…
