  • I agree with the previous post - check out "http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2011/06/perfect-iced-coffee/" I'm gonna try that one. I've got a French Press, that I use to make pretty strong coffee, and then add the ice ~ works pretty well for my tastes.

  • I'm wearing a pair of Sketchers! Bought them for the comfort. Man are they nice to walk in - give me "Happy Feet". Can't say that I've noticed any toning going on though.

  • Just about an hour ago, a colleague at work yells across the room, "Hey, have you lost weight? You look thinner." He's been on vacation for 3 weeks, and noticed when he got back. Kinda nice, but I'm doing this for Me!
  • I've taken it. If I take it every day, after about 3 weeks, I get nose bleeds for no reason. It acts as a blood thinner ya know. I've reduced my dose to every other day without any problems.

  • Go to settings in the upper right corner of the tracker. If you choose to use your activity points only on the day they are earned, they will automatically be used first. If you choose to have your activity points banked for the week, you then have the option of using weekly pts. or activity pts. first. Hope this helps.…

  • I find that tracking is necessary for me. Tracking here (for me) is much easier than tracking the new WW Points Plus. Calories are printed on almost everything, and I don't need a calculator. Remember - Your mileage may vary. !!
