  • I also have PCOS! I have a daughter who is 19 months old, so keep trying. It took us over a year, but we had a baby. Also, I have lost 23 pounds so far using this website! It really helps. Keep up the good work!
  • I have been having this problem too. Last week I hardly hit 1100 calories and I had burned about 600 calories each day, so I got some of those skinny cow ice cream sandwiches and bars (they only have 100 calories or less) and if I need to get up to 1200 I will have one of those, it is like a reward as well.
  • I lost about 10 pounds in my first month, but I was much more overweight than you, and shorter. I am just now back down to 157 and I am 5"1', good luck.
  • I have the same thing, I even had a hard time conceiving my daughter and had to take pills to help me ovulate. I gained a lot of weight too, but you can lose it. I was always afraid to try because my doctor said it would be hard to get off, but I have lost 14 pounds in a month! I have an IUD, so I have no periods, but I…
  • It sounds like you are doing everything right, but maybe just try and fit a little bit more of a workout into your schedule, it will help burn the calories needed to drop a few pounds.
  • I dont. I try to stay at my 1200 calories, but if I do go over the 1200 a little bit, I dont worry so much because of the exercise. Do what is best for you.
  • You really should get it removed! This happened to me a year ago and it got so bad that no matter what I would eat I threw up and got such bad pains that I would pass out. I actually had gall stones that popped out of my gall bladder. Having the surgery was the best thing that I could have done! I do have to take a…
  • You look like it to me.
  • I dont think you are losing weight too fast. It looks like you want to lose about the same amount of weight as me, and we weigh about the same. I joined a few weeks ago and I have lost 8 pounds. I read somewhere that when you have more body fat to lose, you lose it faster than if you dont. Be happy you are losing the…
  • I think that you should eat if you feel hungry! When I was breastfeeding I did, and it is best for your body and for the milk your body produces for your baby! As long as you are breastfeeding, I think you need to eat when you are hungry, it will keep you healthier now and in the long run.
  • Congratulations! Keep up the good work!

  • Everyone goes through those rough patches, but you will get back at it! I am sorry to hear about your son, but it is good news he is going to college. Before I got on this website I didnt care how much I ate and how little I exercised, but now I am really into it. You have already lost a lot of weight so be proud of…
  • My mother in law thinks that everyone should eat whatever she does. Over the years I have just gotten blunt. I tell her when I dont like something, and I wont eat it, but the nice thing is, we hardly ever eat with her for that reason, so I dont have to worry about it that much.
  • I hate the pill. Before I had my daughter the same thing was with me, but I was so mean when I would get my period. I have an IUD now and it works so good.
