Ok...so I was wondering the same thing! I go over EVERYDAY! Today it is 11 over and some days it is as much as 30 or 40 over....so how much is too much? How is that figured?

I usually actually go measure it. Even if it is soup...I use my big measuring cup and transfer it 2 cups at a time into something else. I makes another dirty dish..but then I know for sure what I am getting. I figure at this point I have spent years "under" guessing...made me feel better at the time...but of course if I am…

All I can say is you are awesome!!! I think I would love to run...don't know what makes me think that....just this weird thought in my head when I am walking....anyway at this point all I can do it walk a mile.....but I keep working on it and you are an inspiration!!!!

Every morning...but I know there are fluctuations....and my "official" weigh in is on Monday. Monday weigh in keeps me on track on the weekends! Whatever works for you!

Here's hope for us both and all the rest! I know what you mean about being hungry all the time. I talked to a dietician friend of mine and she said that you should eat when you are hungry and that means that the metabolism is working...so that is a good thing. I am using LOTS of fruits and veggies for the in between meal…
