i don't like eggs in the morning, i don't think i digest them well but i don't mind cereal/quinoa/yogurt/fruit/open faced tomato and cheese sandwich etc. I just have no appetite in the morning.

i still drink pepsi in the morning, my one can a day. i'm trying to switch over to tea. just one battle at a time.

i drink, but only a couple of drinks a month on average. I was raised in an alcohol free house so when i moved out i drank a little much for a while until i decided i was too old to get hungover anymore. now i drink for the taste and a slight buzz but i respect people who don't drink.

i always gain during TOM, it's best for my own sanity if i just weigh myself a few days after my period or i have on scale freakouts over 4-5 lbs gained overnight. but once i'm done i usually return to my previous weight unless i've been undisciplined about my food. i have a feeling this is going to lead back to eating your exercise calories back or not which i've seen here a few times. The bottom line is some do, some don't, you gotta figure out what works for you. If you're not hungry then don't force it but i'm finding the same problem, even getting to my basic 1200.

i'd say don't cut back much more, it looks pretty lean and when you eat super lean foods over a long time the possibility of a binge goes up a lot because of a general deprived feeling. :)

Some people just have to know everything, including what is best for YOUR body. DASH is medically recommended, i doubt the youtube diet was. Stick to your guns :)

I take a multivitamin, vitamin d (i live pretty far up north and don't get enough sun) and Proferrin iron pills during TOM. @knk - i will check out those multivitamins, i take gummy ones because i throw up solid pills. it's so embarassing.

i make a point to still eat limited quantities of what i really want. i usually wait on a craving for a day or two to see if it will pass but if i don't ever eat the things i crave it leads to a binge.

the closest i can come to that is when i was a competitive irish dancer, i burned so many calories i could eat just about anything. but i found my energy was lacking to really have the competitive edge so i mostly ate healthy even then, just much more calories.

I'm glad you have some help. I've had some things in my past that really hurt my soul and self-esteem and i've learned it's just too much to go at it alone sometimes. :)

We've tried but it's hard being in a rental. at the moment we have a herb garden with chives, oregano, thyme and... rosemary i think it is. we keep trying tomatoes but the birds steal them the second they're ripe. :(
