I personally love cheese, but I cannot control my self around the stuff. So I haven't eaten any sine MFP (only been 6 days, but for me thats huge!) My doctor told me to avoid it because it is high in saturated fats....

I had one a couple years ago when I was 16 (3 years ago), It was no big deal at all. You cannot feel it, or tell what they are doing. I saw/read that yahoo news story too. There were critizing the modeling industry for this move from a size 14 being plus size to a size 6. Although it depends on the individual person generally size 6 is not plus size. But nice and normal :)

A big problem that I learned about in Statistics class is that if there are 100 research studies done and 99 show the norm while 1 shows something new and different about weight loss.
