Good guess, and if I was paid to model, I'd pose for you.

Dinner at a classy restaurant, drinks back at my place, and then a bit of getting to know each other a bit more intimately.

Wonder just how drunk I was to let that happen.

Stronglifts 5x5 is a good program for people who are new to weight training. Weight machines can be useful in certain situations (physical therapy or for bodybuilders looking to isolate) but in general most people will gain the most benefit from using compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, and…

Stronglifts 5X5 is a good program if one has access to a barbell. Was looking at this program yesterday for a friend, and it seems pretty solid to me: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dumbbell-only-home-or-gym-fullbody-workout.html My main suggestion with that routine is to stick with lower reps (the men's…

I am all about the heavy lifting. First off, that's really what has changed my body for the better, plus it is just so much more satisfying than cardio to me. (I do cardio, but only because I am trying to make weight for a competition). For certain exercises, active rest such as a bodyweight exercise between sets may be…

I lift like usual, but typically pop an aleve before hand to kill the cramps. I've hit some major personal record in my lifting during that time of the month, so I learned my lesson to never skip.

It has solid exercises built into it, and a good philosophy behind the idea of three full body days a week for a beginner. I would ignore his advice for women to do 10-15 reps though, and follow his recommendation that he gives to men of 6-12.

^THIS Muscle confusion is a gimmick that trainers use to keep you coming back for more, since circuits that are always changing aren't the most effective way to get stronger, build muscle tone, or lose fat. BTW getting toned is combination of both losing fat and gaining muscle. A simple program that has you focusing on…

Dapper butch reporting in. I'm a new powerlifter and love lifting and talking fitness. Queer as can be, and would love more people in the community to be on my feed.

www.startbodyweight.com is a totally free bodyweight training program that needs a bare minimum of equipment to do. No app, but a lot of support through his website.

You may be resting too long between sets, or simply doing too many exercises. Talk to your trainer about ways you can streamline your training, maybe with more compound movements to get more benefit in less time. Isolation focused routines tend to take a lot more time, especially if you aren't strict about your rest times.

No way in hell would I wear those. God bless the souls brave enough to do so.

Definitely loving all the pictures in this thread, and the tongue in cheek approach to titling it. Shame it ain't a thread for female bodied folk actually aiming to look more masculine, otherwise I'd have at least a few pictures to share, but y'all likely won't appreciate them.

I just use a half scoop of MusclePharm Assault as my pre-workout, and take a week off it every 4 weeks when I deload, and I will usually have a scoop or two of MusclePharm Combat on training days as a postworkout shake to up my calories.
