Not doing too well today....I did something to my back and it hurts, I can barely move. All I did was lean into my dryer to get the clothes out! For hard boiled eggs...I do manual/high for 5 minutes. NR for 5 minutes, then QR. Immediately take eggs out and put in ice water bath for a few minutes. Perfectly cooked hard boiled eggs that peel easily.
