  • I just think that is just not enough calories because when you go back on regular food you may gain a lot of it back for going higher on the calories. just be careful. losing weight too fast will get you in the end.

  • My workouts are going pretty good. Still have some days were I don't want to go but most of the days I go and some mornings I skip but usually go in evening. Hardest thing is the motivation at times to go to the gym.

  • I did pretty good today and I am proud of myself. I walked 17,000 steps today. I still got to figure out how to get myself motivated in the morning. My weigh in for the week is tomorrow morning so I'll let you know how I did.

  • I have a pedometer but the calories I burn are from how much I walk on the treadmill
