Well, feel free to disagree but let's be clear on what's being disagreed upon. I was referring to the different sources of protein that you can consume, not on increasing the grams of protein you consume per day.

Protein is protein. It's a macro that you can get from whey protein or chicken breast. It isn't going to cause any magical changes in your weight loss. Those shakes can be used as a supplement to your diet. I use them sometimes.

Most of those ingredients aren't good for you. But everything in moderation. I try to stay away from trans fats aka partially hydrogenated oils, but it's pretty hard to do all of the time.

I wouldn't use both products, if you want to use a post workout you would be better off using a glutamine product or some BCAA.

I think every few months you should switch up the routine both with diet and exercise, and maintenance can be included but I don't know that it needs to be that long.

I'd stop worrying. They're jealous and you're self conscious. I have big boobs and am constantly asked for help regarding correct bra sizing. I don't know why, maybe they figure I should know something about boobs. Stop getting offended. You'll give yourself some horrible digestive issue.
