Because every person is a different size, shape, and burns a different amount of calories. PLus, the intensity and the amount of weight lifted is too difficult to factor. As the above person said, go to the cardio section and post it there

I got at it with no gloves! I dead lift 255 and just beast through them.....but I understand why you'd want to use them. I constantly have callouses but I don't care. I pick em off. I'm not gonna lie, I feel like a badass not wearing gloves and deadlifting that much. Maybe it's just vanity?

I'd start with 100 grams a day. If you are having problems reaching that, then 150-200 is gonna seem insurmountable. Don't worry about getting it right all at once, you won't. Just do moderate amounts of fats, carbs, and proteins, and spread it out during the day. You can get crazy specific later. Just pick a calorie…

I've found that eating adequate carbs is really a factor my strength. I can really tell when I don't eat enough. Also, I think that a rest day in between a really heavy session is essential
