I notice when I don't if I'm doing stuff that requires that I lift weights with my arms raised. But I don't notice others. I figure, eh, it'll stop guys from talking to me with hairy pits :laugh:

Actually, I have no rants this year! Usually we have to go eat at my MIL and she isn't a stellar cook. My husband knows this and also knows my fam fam can cook, so we are going to visit for Turkey day and not eating which means I don't have to cook and then we are heading to my family's house for some good food :drinker:…

I have 16 inch calves. I have never exercised them exclusively when I weight train, it's all genetics. 13.5 inches is pretty average. You are stuck with them, so learn to love them.

I wear a misses size 10 now, and before it was a 14. As far as sizes....I was like XL and now I'm like a big Medium/small Large if that makes sense. I do believe if I had smaller boobs I would fit better into a medium, but their not going anywhere!

It means nothing. I like a *slight* soreness so I can feel like I did something but that is obviously not something I can control. As you adapt to working out you won't feel sore all the time. Nothing wrong with it.

Thanks everybody! I still get discouraged by the inches! I swear it doesn't go away sometimes, haha. BUT, I haven't gotten bulky and there's proof in pictures! I love looking back and going "hmm, I guess it's ok then"
