Thanks for the comments everyone. Now, putting aside two major factors (genes and steroids), I personally don't see anything impossible to try. I know many people would have to deal with the mental strength to even decide to try something like this, or not give up while trying it. My mentality is, if someone else did it, I…

You have two options Option 1- Open the HealthKit app. Tap on Sources. Select MyFitnessPal. Select all the options/data you want to show on the Healthkit app. Option 2-From your MyFitnessPal app go to Apps & Devices. Scroll down to Apple HealthKit and select it. First of all, congrats on your weight loss. Because you haven't been eating carbs, you might experience some weight gain, but since water retention is a secondary effect of carbs, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. In order to know if your numbers look right, we need to know your weight and even age, to calculate your…

I did P90X once for weight loss. Got rid of 30 lbs and got a visible six pack. Did a second round about a year after to gain mass, and I was able to get great results again. Not doing it anymore because I prefer to workout at the gym now plus I have different goals.

Dammit, and here I thought all the exercises I've been doing lifting heavy stuff at the gym that got me to how I look today was considered weight lifting. From now on, I shall call it cardio! I think many have already explained how this works. So I won't really go into the whole caloric deficit, muscle, cardio, weight…

I think you're wrong. It is almost like monopolizing the internet, so to speak, since Comcast is the only internet provider in most areas, so they are taking full advantage of that, only hurting the people, including people like you.

so we should pay more because some greedy corporation wants to make even more than they are making already by forcing companies like Netflix (paid subscription by the way) pay a fee, therefore raising their rates so the subscribers can watch their movies and shows in HD?

I agree with you. Your dad's health is not something to be posted on social media, whether common friends are there or not. A serious illness like cancer shouldn't be treated the same way as any other things people post on Facebook. In fact, if there is a need to let others know (close people) about it, a phone call or…

Thank you :) Steampunk and under skin electronics are awesome!

Yes, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and not liking tattoos is 100% acceptable. What I don't get is the need to come to a topic specifically directed to tattoo lovers and express their dislike of tattoos. Kind of feels like if an atheist or scientist would walk in a church on a Sunday morning to talk about how…

The BodySpace app from bodybuilding.com is a free app, and the workout can be added from within the same app to track your weight and reps per exercise.

I agree

Does it necessarily has to be lifting weights? With that question in mind, here are a couple of things to take into consideration. I don't think a 13 year old kid should be lifting "heavy" weights. At that age the body starts making huge changes (anatomically, physiologically and hormonally), which I think heavy weights…

While I agree about generalized statements without considering the biochemistry angle, I have to admit, sources of information might or may not be legit, which is another major argument in the forums. The whole endless discussions about whether my source is better or more legit than yours is, not only is ridiculous but it…

I may have to add, many of the factory processing, whether it is for sugar or other products involve other chemicals, including bleaching agents, artificial colorants, etc. So it is definitely a different process, so to speak.

My mom was terrified of smartphones. She would swear that pressing a button would cause WWIII. At least now she is using it... mainly to like pics on Instagram, look up videos on youtube and play candychrush... Oh and find out where my sister's at using the app to locate people LOL

In this country probably, but in my country sugar comes from cane.

No offense but so far better than no information provided by you the two times you have posted here

If what I say doesn't apply to you, may I ask why you @AliceDark assume I am the one having that issue? And @_Zardoz_ hatred? Kind of ignorant of you, when my post has nothing to do with it. This whole thread has been about information, which you haven't provided any so far.

Considering the fact people had just ran a marathon and they needed to replenish their glucose levels for both energy and their muscles, it wouldn't surprise me... Now, keep that up at breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, late nigh snack and see what happens.
