Well I tried all of these last night. It's been along time since I did any of these. Did 20 bicycle crunches & bent knee pushups. My planks looked alot like the warped boards we replaced on the fence the last few days! But I will start added those into my weekly workouts whenever possible.

Well, technically I did not actually dance today. But I did spend 4-1/2 hours helping my husband taking down our old fence, digging new holes, and cementing in the new fence post. I took the time to put some extra veggies in my breakfast. Had a 1 egg omelet with green pepper, mushrooms, home grown teen onions. Veggies were cooked with a splash of white cooking wine instead of butter. Egg was beat with some homemade salsa instead of milk. Than added a pinch of bacon bits for that well rounded…

I'm on for the water challenge today! I washed out my 2 lt diet Pepsi bottle & filled it with water so I can keep track of my intake while at work. CHEERS! :drinker:

I also had to change my weight, since I was down 2 lbs this morning. I'm at 188.4 lbs today, which means a 4% loss (or 7.5 lbs) will bring me down to 180.9!

He, everyone! I'm Sandy. I'm at 190.4 lbs today, which means a 4% loss (or 7.6 lbs) will bring me to 182.8. Keeping on track, that is just what I need to loose in order to hit my goal weight before the holidays (which is my Christmas gift to myself this year). Very excited to do this!! :smile:
