I eat them back when I'm hungry but don't bother if I'm not. I usually lose more on the weeks that I dont eat them back but saying that I do lose every week albeit only half a pound some weeks.

Welcome to Fitness Pal. Hope you enjoy your journey. Feel free to add me as a friend xx

I avoid eggs like the plague! Even 1 a week and I can't 'go' for love nor money...

You can build the muscle underneath your belly fat as much as you like but until you shed the weight covering your abs you wont see a thing! Belly fat (particularly for women) is one of the last things to go when losing fat. Good luck though xxx

I definately agree with this. Packed full of anti-oxidants too. A friend of mine likes the the Silver ones. She had them checked out and approved by her GP who declared they are just herbal. Good luck xx

Nutri Grain breakfast biscuits (fruit and fibre)! They may not look much but they keep me full for a number of hours. Good luck x

As you've said you find it hard to keep yourself occupied when you're not at work to keep you from constantly eating, why don't you use that time to prepare some wholesome real food and freeze it. Spend that time creating recipies you love and that are healthy. Then when you get back from work and you can't be bothered to…

I'm sorry, what does NSV mean?
-
I do. It's going gradually but not nearly as fast as I'd hoped. Fat loss starts to go from the last place it appeared. For me, my midsection was the first place I put it on, followed by my hips, buttocks, armpits and finally my face. I therefore understand that I will lose it from all those places first before it finally…

My heart rate can be as high as 160 bpm and not sweat, especially when I'm running along the canal. It's hit and miss with me as to whether I sweat or not. I can't really see any pattern to it...

Not saying I wont eat them ever again but eggs hate me! One egg = no crap for days. It's agonising. I'm finding a similar problem with bread especially pizza. Now I don't eat pizza often by any stretch of the imagination but I had pizza on Sunday evening and I've finally been today (Thursday!)...

Try this link. You may need to copy it into your browser. This is what I use. Just scroll down the page and fill in your details. Just remember, to lose a pound a week, you need to be eating 500 calories less every day over a week. http://www.kriskris.com/how-many-calories-should-i-eat-a-day/ Good luck!

I love my Weight Watchers ones. Even have a facility to track and record your weight loss. To be honest I've given up on the scales. Going to gym, running, and strength training with weights is changing my body in a way that just losing weight doesn't...! Good luck on your journey xx
-
You look amazing. I totally needed to hear you say what you said. I've been watching the scales for so long and it's only been recently I've been noticiing my shape change despite not being back to the weight I was when I last looked this good!
-
WOW! I am blown away. You look gorgeous... I know what you mean about how far you can go if you try. I'm finding it myself. Girl power...
-
Are you strength training as well as including cardio in your exercising?
-
The pill convinces the body that it is already pregnant, and hence prevents it from getting pregnant.... and we all know what happens to a woman's body when she's pregnant!!

I use Run Walk Jog...

You know, I only had 20lb from the beginning of my journey which compared to you, and a lot of people on here, is a relatively small amount. I have found it hard, tiring, depressing at times, and heartbreaking. I envy every single one of you guys and girls that have done as well as you vltaylor35. I take my hat off to…

I try to do about 40 minutes weights with 20 minute HIIT, 1 min walk, 1 min run afterwards. If you're going to weights and cardio on the same day, ALWAYS do your weights first.
-
This is also happening to me. I have a pair of gorgeous trousers that fit perfectly when I was 10st 2lb (and before the birth of my little girl). However, after nearly 2 months of exercise I am now 10st 10lb and the fit just as perfectly. I'm really not that fussed about what the scales say anymore because all I'm bothered…

Yes and I love mine. It does give a much more accurate reading than holding the sensors on the cardio equipment. I also use mine when I'm lifting weights as my heart rate spikes and I sweat. I wouldn't be without mine.

You can't get any healthier than chow mein. From a WW point of view chow mein have the lowest points. Prawn is the best option.
