You would be a good beacon to other runners when going through a fog bank! I get all red-faced too....

There was a scientific study done recently, and they tried to quantify sadness in movies (not sure why), but the conclusion they came up with was that the movie The Champ - when Ricky Shroeder is telling the (dead) champ (his dad) to wake up, is the saddest scene ever filmed. I teared up when I first saw it as a teenager.…

I have a story about my wife. A few years ago we were walking around in Epcot at Disneyworld. It had just rained, and the ground was wet. As we walked along, she passed a guy whose shoes were squeaking on the wet pavement, so she said "Awfully noisy there, aren't you?" He said "Yes, it's my artificial leg". She looked…

I did it a few years ago on New Years Day in Boston Harbor. I was with a group from where I worked. The funny thing was, my wife was there to videotape it, but I got so caught up in the high adrenaline rush to the water that I got there before her. After I came out, she told me to do it again for the camera. I did, and it…

We just stayed at the Port Orleans French Quarter, which is the smallest resort on the property. We loved it. It was beside a river that had a great path going to the Port Orleans Riverside resort.

A very inspiring group here! I ran 4 miles this morning, then 15 minutes on the rowing machine. I was going to take a karate class tonight, but I just gave blood, and the blood police advised against it.

Roll the egg on the counter, cracking the shell, then peel under running water. Works for our fresh eggs.

If you do, design it so you can add more to it and make an interesting picture of some sort.

It used to be your first pet and the street you grew up on. Putting your mother's maiden name on the web isn't a great idea, since many financial websites use this as part of the verification of your identity. So mine (with street name) is Spoody Montrose. Really.

Flowers at this point wold be much too creepy. Talk to her first, get to know her. After a while, ask her out for coffee if it feels right. Proceed from there. Don't rush.

What advice would you give your daughter if she was in the same situation?

My style is very traditional, and we emphasize forms. We try to make our moves reflexive, building muscle memory by practicing forms over and over. My style only has 8 forms, but they encompass every block, kick, and strike that is formally in the style, and they incorporate combinations. What I mean by this is a…

Looks are noticed first, then personality. High intelligence isn't required, as long as she's not as dumb as a stump. Sincerity, compassion, sense of humor, and confidence are very important.

I cannot watch Hayden Christensen without thinking he can't act. He's probably a nice guy and all, but I just can't connect. Regarding Nicolas Cage, we all love him in our house. Sure, he's not brilliant, but he's unique, and his movies are usually fun to watch. I think he just picks bad movies sometimes.

I have an Android tablet, an iPad2, and an iPod Touch. I always go to the iPad2. The Touch is too small. The Android's interface isn't as polished as the iPad.
