You can google this. I know that if you freeze the fish below a certain temperature for a certain number of days, it's considered safe. You'll have to look up the specific numbers.

After every use, I'll run my strap under running warm water, and rub it with my fingers to loosen the salt from the sweat. Every week or so I put it in a quart-sized jar that is 3/4 filled with very hot water and a very small amount of liquid hand soap. I shake it up for a minute or two, then empty, refill with hot water,…

I just started. I've done the first two days (chest and back, plyometrics), and tonight I will do the biceps/shoulders. Using a HRM, I burned about 600 cals for each workout. It's as intense as you want to make it. I've been working out for a long time, but I'm still feeling muscle soreness from these two days!

It's all fun and games until she calls the Chinese government, babbles something that sounds like an insult in Chinese, and starts the next Global Conflct. :-)

I've been on maintenance for about 6 weeks, and I'm eating the calories MFP indicates. I also eat all of my exercise calories. My weight goes up and down by about a pound, but the average hasn't changed since I hit my goal weight.

Do you throw yourself over the monitor to cover it if someone walks in on you?

Check Amazon.

I have the FT4, and had the same problem. I changed the battery in the transmitter, and the problem was solved.

Man up, wussy boy...

Put on some clothes from a year ago to see how different you look in them.

I've been maintaining for 5 weeks. My weight has stayed within +/- 1 pound. I log every day, and eat most of my exercise calories.

Going over on protein is usually not a problem. The MFP default is pretty low anyway.
-
Looking at your exercise log, you reported a 700 calorie burn for a one hour moderate walk. That is way over a reasonable number. I suggest using a heart rate monitor to get a more accurate calorie burn value.

260 seems really high. How fast do you run? When I run on a treadmill going 6.5 - 7 mph, I burn about 100-120 calories per 10 minutes.

Check craigslist. You could probably get one that's cheaper than renting.

Are you breastfeeding your child?
-
When I hit the bag, I burn about 10 calories per minute.

Get a set of weights and do some resistance training. Do the 30 day shred. Get any exercise video.
-
I usually eat half of my food, and take the rest home for lunch the next day.

You can lose weight eating anything. It's not healthy, but you will lose weight. Calories in, calories out. http://www.cnn.com/2010/HEALTH/11/08/twinkie.diet.professor/index.html

Wear them. You might start a trend at your gym.

Your HRM is giving you the TOTAL number of calories burned for the time requested. This number includes the calories you would have burned just doing normal activity, which MFP assumes for its calculations. So, to get the number of calories you should add in your log, you should subtract the number MFP normally uses, which…

Pivot, and use your hips and body weight for your kicks. And use your scary face!

I get up at 4:30. I already have my gym bag and work clothes in the car from the night before. All I have to do is get up, brush my teeth, slip on my workout shorts and T-shirt, grab my lunch (made the night before) from the fridge, and drive to the gym. Not much thought involved. It's a 45 minute drive, and I listen to an…

Boil a pot of water. Once it starts boiling, drop in the egg(s). Using a kitchen timer, wait 13 minutes. When the time is up, drain the boiling water out, and fill the pot with cold water. Crack the eggs so water gets under the shell. When the egg has cooled enough to handle, roll it on the counter so it cracks all the way…

I sounds cruel, but it won't hurt her to go to bed hungry. She may cry, but when she's hungry, she'll eat what you give her. If you make a big thing about how great this delicious food is (whatever you're trying to get her to eat), she might want some. She's learning how to manipulate you. It's what kids do, whether they…

All this talk about foot problems. Just within the last few weeks I've developed something strange with my left foot. Sometimes, when I'm stretching, it feels like my Achilles tendon is really tight, and it feels numb down to, and around, the bottom of my heel. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Huh? Coconut oil has 120 cals per tablespoon, or 960 cals per half cup. How much do you eat? It seems like a regular piece of chocolate has fewer calories.
