My fiancé lets me use his gamer tag. It's cheaper for us to just use one account :) so if you man friends want someone to play with until 3am, he's almost always on.

I was in soooo much pain yesterday. I could barely walk lol. On the days that I need the easier of the three workouts, I will diffidently do level 1 lol I was so confused lol I'm like "there's no way I can do this and if it keeps getting harder and harder!". Thank god it won't get any harder then yesterdays level 3 hahaha

Me!!!! I'm planning my wedding for either June or October 2013 =) I have about 70 ish pounds to lose =) I'm currently doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and I absolutely Love it!

Try the 30 day shred by jillian micheals! ive already started seeing results and its only day 4 =) You can watch all 3 levels on you tube. you do level 1 everyday for 10 days and then move to level 2 for another 10 days and then level 3 for the last ten days =)

Lol I've done all three levels. I think I'm going to switch between all 3 workouts everyday.

Today was so hard. Physically i could BARELY walk up and down the stairs at my house. It was so painful to squat on the toilet, get in and out of the car. etc. Anything that required me to squat or do anything involving my knees/thighs, i was in intense pain. I had to pop a few advil just to make it bearable.

my assumption are due to the fact that im sore all over and after the workout im dripping with sweat from head to toe.

I think that sounds about right =) I added the shred to the log and looked up several websites that said the approximate calories burned and it came up to about 251 for 20 minutes. I honestly dont think thats very accurate. I think the high impact aerobics is the best way to describe the workout =)

I try to have atleast 45g of protein everyday to make sure that im not losing muscle mass. My protein typically adds up to about 60-90g of protein a day =)

Thats kind of what I thought, And Since i'm literally only supposed to be eating 1200 calories, I'm trying to take in as many calories. I dont want to lose muscle but I do want to burn fat. 1200 calories is not very much to begin with and thats why I work out and try to give myself more calories to take in. I just want to…

I'm pretty sure that means that the bra is a tad too loose. My sports bra fits just perfect but if i wear like a regular Tee shirt with out a bra, It does chaffe and feel like its burning. Very uncomfortable. I recommend investing in a new sports bra =)
