I totally agree on Shock Absorber. Had to get a sports bra last week, and being of larger bust, I'm pleasantly surprised that, first, they make it in my size, and secondly, that it's as supportive as it is. In the past, I've also used "the immobilizer" by bounce, but the sizes are limited. It was another great sports bra.

Made it through Plyo (didn't quit in the middle like last week)! I'm definitely sore. Arms tomorrow is going to be rough, BUT I'm looking forward to it!

Made it through W2D1! Sweated way more this week (may be the heat wave), but was totally spent by ARX. Trying to figure out if it's my caloric intake or maybe just muscle fatigue because I had to push kenpo back a day. Who knows ... but it's getting done.

I think part of it may be that your body is getting used to the routine, and the other part is that you're getting stronger. Next week is a new routine and you may find yourself back in the sore zone.

239! Huzzah! I'm 3 weeks into eating right, my first week of real exercise (P90x), and I'm down 2 lbs from last week, and 11lbs total! This makes the cheat meal that much more exciting today because I know I've earned it!

Yoga was ... well ... I don't think I gave it my all, but maybe because I hate it so much (always have hated yoga, even when I was skinny). I tried to power through, but not my best performance. Next Thursday, though, more effort.

Woke up late today and didn't think I'd make today's workout, but I made it happen. Arms and shoulders hate me, but well worth it. :smile:

Day 1, classic ... roommates came home in the middle of the workout and I ended up their entertainment. Grrr! :grumble: BUT, still made it through chest & back and ab ripper. I will not be discouraged! :bigsmile:
