  • I agree it all depends on what you're eating. My daily allowance of calories is 1300, but when I workout (cardio & strength), I'm allowed to eat closer to 1600 a day.   • I've noticed this when people lose weight too quickly. Almost as if our faces need a gradual weight loss to look firm and tight, so it doesn't keep up with our bodies. Just my opinion
  • I use non-fat milk and sweet -n- low.... I drink a lot of coffee and never add more than 36 calories a day from it

  • Based on your height, your weight is fine. I have a friend who is 5'9 and she used to weigh what you do and it was too thin because her collar and shoulder bones stuck out a little too much. That's usually a good gage....make sure you still have some meat on your bones.

  • I'm 5'8 and a medium frame with an hourglass shape. Most of my weight is in my thigh's, then butt, then mid-section I started at 160 and my goal is 135, which would put me roughly at a size 6 or 8 I think. I haven't been there in forever!! My daily calorie allowance is 1300 based on the data input. What's yours?
  • I say go for it. I'd probably eat one hard boiled egg and lots of time for breakfast I'll have egg whites scrambled, and then you really don't miss the yolk at all, as long as you add seasoning :)
  • I seem to be holding over with crystal light because it makes your water sweet. But, you have to be okay with the fake sugar taste (i'm a diet coke addict & sometimes that helps also). It's really hot where I live so it's easy to be satisfied with flavored water. What about Jello or Applesauce? That's cold & yummy.
