A loooong time ago Oprah challenged a family to give up watching tv for a period of time. When the movers were hauling away the tvs and the family was crying they were playing the crooning Michael Bolton 'How Am I Supposed to Live Without You". Very funny song over during the slow motion crying over a tv!

I second the kebobs recommendation. Also, you probably tend to eat a lot of salads... have you tried making your own dressing? There are some fantastic recipies online that really wake up a salad and make it new again. Very refreshing. Just used one from chef Tal Ronnin. Much better than bottled dressing.

I'm in the same boat trying to figure this out... but I think there may be time before work/school. It may require getting up earlier but that may be the only solution. The rest of the day gets packed with unexpected delays etc which end up being excuses. I guess the a.m. gets rid of the excuses other than personal…

Yes, it is frustrating but it's it is part of the learning process. You are completely changing yourself to a new healthy way of eating... just remember that. You can do it. We all have been there. Just keep pressing on. : )

I create a paste with olive oil, paprika and fresh garlic. Rub the paste and then wrap the pork loin in plastic wrap 1-2 days. Slice and cook individual medalians. Serve topped with roasted red peppers. Yum-o!

Shredded wheat or Kashi Autumn Wheat are my 'go to' since I can eat it dry at my desk at work. Takes me all morning to finish a serving and it's quite filling.
