U2 - too many to count... but Joshua Tree being the first would be the best. Back in the day... Lenny Kravitz and Ziggy Marley (seperately) at really small venues. Both were great concerts.

Cook anything that you feel like making! But you will need to get a set of plastic freezer containers in order to freeze individual size servings. Very helpful to bring to work or a lazy day.

Great job! I've walked a few 1/2 marathons and my fastest was 3:08. I hope to come close to that for next week's race!
