I did it for the first time yesterday and got through about 10 minutes and was wheezing. Leaned back on the couch to relax and started getting a headache, too. I drink tons of water, so it wasn't water. I think it was just the intensity on my fat *kitten*. Haha. Hopefully things will work out for us. :happy:

I think this is good advice. I just started a few weeks ago with reps of 10 with a 5 lb weight. It's now not any problem to do, so I have increased to reps of 15. Probably next week I will increase to 8 lb.

I am also trying to lose weight and have anxiety. I hate being overweight, but didn't realize how much I hated it until I started to lose weight. I think losing weight is helping me with my anxiety. There are some foods that will never step foot in my house. I think that's the best thing to do.... just don't buy them. It's way too tempting.

I bake it in the oven in a deep pan filled with water til it's cooked. When it comes out, it shreds pretty easily. I add salsa. You can eat that over a salad or in a burrito.

I have a baking pan that I fill with water and then stick the chicken breast (mostly covered by water) in it and bake in the oven. I will shred the chicken when it's done and add salsa for seasoning.... great on a salad.

Nothing is going to change unless you put your foot down. Either you insist that things change or you learn to live with it... forever. But I'd suggest baby steps.... don't want to shock him. You can't expect miracles, but overtime things can get much better.
