Yes I log if my activities are more than 15 min.I use my hrm for any physical activities mainly exercise.

I have plenty of pain the first two days and heavy so I keep in until the pain leaves..exercising doesn't help me anyway.

Going thru this right now..I ate a carrot cake slice and up late eating a fruit bowl.I can tell when its my time because I crave carbs and sugar..

I am In a boot camp also and I have gained weight too but losing in inches. You are also gaining muscle don't worry you are progressing.

Thanks guys.I just moved my calorie goal from from 1600 to 1700.I mostly stay within my calorie goals.I am 5'5 226 lbs.I lost 36 lbs in a year but I have dropped sizes from size 20 to 16..So this is my second year dropping weight. Any additional advice?

I went to double check the labdl and it has 30 grams of protein per serving.

@Supertact, Because my last loss was a month ago and then afterwards I started taking the shakes.I want to make sure ththat supplement helps me achieve my weight loss goals and not bulk me up.

My deficit is 500 a cal day and I burn over 500 a day.

@Cookie, I use body fortress from walmart.It has 170 cal per scoop and at least 8 grams of protein.

Thanks for the replys.I do walk/jogs at least 4 times a week and I use a tracker for my burns.

My favorite smoothie is made from vanilla body fortress protein mix, unsweeted almond milk,flax seed and ice...sometimes I add mango chunks and mixed berries.I also have tried peanut butter and banana smoothie.Very yummy.
