Thanks for the tips! I do eat almonds and peanut butter. I also eat boiled egg, but they have to be fresh and hot, not refrigerated. I've just come to the conclusion that I love unhealthy food!!! :-) I will try to incorporate more of these things into my diet. I LOVE greek yogurt and eat it everyday!!! But it's high in…

Good to know about the BBL. I'm not into all the jumping around at all, that's why I love Slim in 6 so much. It's lots of good old fashioned squats and lunges (which I loathe, but they work). I just started back doing Slim in 6 on Monday. I did it a couple of summers ago and had tremendous success, so I am recommitting. It's a great workout, but does get kind of boring and tedious. Actually, what I think is even worse is looking at a diary and seeing nothing but junk, but also seeing that they've lost 20+ pounds. I am KILLING myself to try and eat healthy and barely losing!!! :)
