I love the black bean burgers...I used to eat some kind of rice patty thing, but I haven't been able to find them lately. I'm sure the sodium is high...I've never really thought about that before MFP.

I am right there with you! When I start back to school, all my hard work over the summer goes right down the tube! I'm still eating healthy, but it's so hard to work out!

Great job! I am resuming the program tonight at week 3, after completing 6 weeks and then stopping for 2. I was getting very irritated that I wasn't losing weight. It still bugs me, but I guess I'm getting healthier. :) Our weights are about the same...Good luck to you as you finish up!

I took a 2 week break after week 6, so I am starting back today at week 3.

My new fave is plain greek yogurt with a pack of splenda, about a half tablespoon of honey and blueberries...I have to sweeten it with splenda, otherwise I feel like I'm eating sour cream....BLEHHH!

I am so glad to see your posts! I was doing BR and fininshed week 6 and quit (2 weeks ago) because the scale was not moving. UGHHH! Now I wish I had stuck with it. I guess I will start back tomorrow. I think I'll probably do a week of 3 and 4 before starting back with a week or two of 5 and 6. Any thoughts? Again, THANK…

after all i dont have to drag around a scale with me 24/7 but i do have to drag around my butt LOL!!! I needed that laugh! I was working out 6 days a week, sometimes 7. Maybe I just needed a break...I have now rested for 2 weeks, guess I'll start back.

Maybe my body just sucks too!! LOL! That really made me laugh! I kept gaining and losing the same two pounds for about 5 weeks. So, I stopped exercising and have lost 3. It makes NO sense to me!!!

Thank you all for your advice...hope more comes. I am just so frustrated! I am trying so hard to do everything right and make this a lifestyle change...UGH!!! So, maybe 1200 cals is not enough? I swear I cannot find what works for me to lose consistently. Maybe I should try to slowly add in more cals?
