I forgot to add, each week you do two dvd's of strength training twice (four days) and two days of cardio. It's a great combination.

I used Slim in 6 last spring/summer and lost quite a few inches, however, the last level is about an hour long. Thanks Amy! I'll stop doing the oatmeal. Also, what can I replace deli meats with for sandwiches? I like quick things. LOL! I do drink plenty of water, that's all I drink, with green tea occasionally. Thanks for your advice!

What a great way to start! Keep the positive attitude! YOU CAN DO IT and YOU ARE WORTH IT! Try a few changes at a time...some people do better with that, rather than trying to do EVERYTHING all at once. Best of luck! It's a struggle and journey for many!:smile:

I am doing Jillian Michael's BOdy Revolution...just finished phase 1 (first month). I do not usually eat back my burned cals. Should I?

LOL! I was just telling my husband this am, after finishing phase 1, that my back roll is gone and when I lie on my back in bed I can't feel the blob of fat kind of on my back, under my arm anymore. That's a great feeling, but I sure do wish I could say the same about my stomach and thighs!!! I hope that day will come too!

You and me both! I do not understand the science either. II do know, however, that what I am doing now is not moving the scales down...any advice would be greatly appreciated...my diary is open as well.

Your results are awesome so far! I am glad to see them,,,as I am NOT seeing the results I would like to see at this point. I am finishing phase 1. Hopefully, it will really happen in phase 2. Great job so far! Can't wait to see your end results!!!

I enter it as general aerobics and put in my calories burned. I wear a heart rate monitor. I highly recommend wearing one so you can see what you're burning.
