Saturday Success: I stayed under my calorie goal every day this week, even though I worked extra days and couldn't swim as much as I would have liked to. Friday fitness -- I swam for an hour today and plan to do the same tomorrow and Sunday, plus add some time in the kayak one of those days! Need to spend as much time as possible on and in the water before it gets too cold....

Thursday truth: I work overnights, mostly alone, and think I might be going a little bit crazy (perhaps more than a little bit, sigh). Also, I log my calories from midnight to midnight, and tonight, I could hardly wait for the clock to strike 12, so I could eat again! Ridiculous.
