  • I agree with everyone else. Protein is good! Helps to build muscle while exercising and keeps hunger at bay
  • You are not going to want to hear it but for me exercise really helps me get out of funks. Days I don't exercise I really don't feel motivated to do anything. Exercise makes your body pump out endorphin's which really are mood enhancers. Just my two cents.
  • I actually run a successful craft beer review site and review beers on Youtube so giving up beer except for one on the weekend that I review has been really hard. There were nights when I would review 2-3 beers that had like 600-700 calories a piece in them!! I wonder why I gained so much weight? Its hard but it does get…
  • Im sure the rest of you will catch up and everything will be proportional again
  • Im sure it works but would feel awkward using it haha
  • Yeah if you can get over the initial smell of opening the bag and rinsing them good these things are a miracle! I use the angle hair all the time with stir fry and if I want to change it up I use the Miracle Rice with it as well.
  • Nothing better then a sub 50 cal cookie!! Thanks
  • Ive always wanted to try these. Any idea on the calories or serving size?
  • Plus the first week you diet you will lose a lot of weight due to water loss. It will most likely even out to a lb or 2 per week after the first week or so
  • The exercise will keep your metabolism going. I wouldn't worry about eating to few of calories those days. It takes a few days in a row of being extremely under calories for your body to kick into starvation mode.
  • I work 2nd shift so I usually eat my dinner at work around 8:30-9pm and when I get home I usually have a few pretzel sticks or some carrots or something to curb the late night munchies. But from everything I have read eating late is fine as long as your are sticking to your calorie intake. Math is math no matter what time…
  • In my opinion a cheat meal once every other week is how I operate. But as im eating I try to keep in mind what I am eating. Try not so take in to much sodium so your body does not retain water that night or next day and that will be a big help if you do weigh in the next day. I also work out about 20 mins longer then I…
  • I review beers as a hobby for my webstie so its tough to give it up completely. But I am trying to keep it just to Saturday in moderation
  • Thanks for the positive words Amanda. I think for me since im in a technical field of work I tend to focus on numbers and goals that I know can be met. I need to more or less shift that paradigm to something like you said where I am developing a lifestyle more so then just dieting. I sent a friend request over and I look…
  • The other issue I have is working 2nd shift. I get home around midnight and just want to eat!!
  • Anyone have a calorie count on these? The flour is white is throwing me off. Or are these listed in the food database?
  • It all depends on your body. I know for me it take between 20-30lbs before I start to notice a different. But my understanding is that for women it may take more or less depending on your body type. Physiology is a cold mistress!
  • Just started but for my own good I will be logging every day
  • Thats a good way at looking at it!
  • Wow! Thanks everyone for the positive words. I think the flip side to this is that being a guy there is kind of a stigma atatched to this kind of dieting which makes it even harder to face things!
