Your story is so inspiring! I've always been overweight (besides a short period of time when I lost all my weight, but gained triple what I lost back in around two years.) When my mother was growing up she was a toothpick. She walked out of the hospital after giving birth to me at 92 pounds, so I've always felt like I am…

Wow! You look incredible! :)

You look great!

You inspire me everyday! I am always encouraged by your dedication. You definitely give me hope that it is very possible to lose weight if you set your mind to it. I have around 60-65 pounds to lose, and you are a perfect example of what I need to do to achieve it! You look amazing, by the way :)

You do not deserve to feel this way. It wouldn't matter if you weighed 600 pounds or 92 pounds, you are so much more than your weight. What the scale says does NOT define you. Think of how strong you are. You lost that 100 pounds before. You did it. And I am 100 % positive that you can do it again. Except this time, you'll…

This made me tear up a bit :') So awesome. Good for you!

Me, me, me! I'm on Level One, Day 5. I'm very excited for Level Two, to be honest! I've restarted over and over again that I am so used to Level One. I'm ready for something new!

"Must Be Santa" by Mitch Miller. I've been listening to Christmas music since November 1st.

Welcome to MFP! I'll add you.

Awesome job so far! Keep it up!
-
Thanks everyone! This helped a lot!

I had this problem too, so I decided to start working out as soon as I got home. That way it curbed my snacking. Plus I always make healthier choices after I workout. Good luck!

So, does that mean that mine should be zero to ensure weightloss?

I have the same exact problem! If it weren't for my sweet tooth I wouldn't be at the weight that I'm at now. Aldi carries these Mini Rice Cakes that come in either a "Smore's" flavor or "Cinnaswirl." They only have 90 calories and they sometimes do the job. I love, love, love dark chocolate so I'll eat a couple squares…

My grandma always told me to use cans of soup!

I'm usually 20 to 30 grams over, depending on what I ate. If I drink milk, eat a fiber bar, and have some fruit, it already goes over. Then I feel bad when I want a treat, like dark chocolate, because then it really goes over. Of course it went over more than usual due to Halloween candy, but it's just discouraging to see…

Working on a Psychology project about Anxiety Disorders, vacuuming, or doing 30DS. I'm being so lazy today!

Chocolate chip cookies, brownies, bread and butter, pasta, pizza, Reeses Cups, Kit Kats, and macaroni and cheese. Carbs, carbs, and more carbs!

It's awesome that you are filling your diet with healthy foods. Don't worry about what other people are eating. I personally love sweets. The last time I lost weight I cut sweets out completely and ended up gaining back 3x what I lost because I went on a sugar binge. Now I know that if I swear those foods out of my diet, I…

Wow, you look amazing!

I love Subway. It's much more healthy than eating at McDonalds or other fast food restaurants. Eat what works for you!

You look great! I started 30DS today. I hope my results are as good as yours were!

What an amazing success story! You both rock!

For me it was The Grudge. It was the first really scary movie that I had ever watched. I was nine years old and my cousins promised that they would tell me to close my eyes when the scary parts came on. Needless to say, that held my eyelids open instead. I wouldn't shower for a week after that unless someone sat in the…

You're gorgeous! Awesome job!
