Thanks everyone! I need to get myself out of this funk!! I started the C25K today with my older boy and I'm gonna make time to continue to do this until I reach my next goal! July 2nd Independence Day Run!!!!

I'm 5'5"... I lost 5lbs last year and lost 25 so far this year! as of this morning I was 201.8!! Still have a long way to go

I guess today was day 1 for me again! ugh!! I did Monday and Tues but then my son and I got really sick and I took 2 days off... back at it this morning and it felt great!!!!!

I've done water a spoon full of peanut butter and banana! Yum! If I have calories left over sometimes I do milk. Love yogurt in it, and or strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. I have a friend that does nutella.

I'm 5'5" and my goal is 135. Yrs ago (10yrs ago) I was 138 at my lowest and I use to think I was fat all the time! What I wouldn't kill to be there again! LOL

Congrats on losing 55lbs!!! The pants I wore to work yesterday were really lose and I don't own any belts because none of them fit the last time I had a yard sale so I got rid of all of them! lol! little did I know I would need them 6mos later... oh well... times for new stuff!!!
