02/22/11 03/22/11 neck 14 / 14 bust 38 / 37 belly button 41 / 39 1/2 pouch 44 / 44 (no change ugh) hips 43.5 / 42 arms 13.5 / 13 legs 25 / 24 I've only lost 2lbs but the inches are coming off. I'm so glad I joined this challenge!! it's great motivation!!

I'm in! my goal was to lose 14 lbs by March 31 but seeing how thats in 2 weeks, I don't think thats gonna happen. I have been really slack with my eatting habits.

this is so true! my husband is an alcoholic and has been sober for 4 yrs now and he tells me all the time that If he can do that I can do it. it's hard when you have grown up with it and your around such tempting food all the time. I buy healthy things now for my kids and husband but just because I can't eat something…

ok, Thanks everyone... I have a watch I got at walmart that tells me my heart rate but it's not that great on calories... I think I will have to get a polar. that's one that my trainer suggested too.

I have the same problem... I try eating a piece of gum or drinking a bottle of water! doesn't always work but it helps

lost a BIG FAT 0lbs! lol.. I've had 2 sick kids at home this week and it was very hard to get to the gym this week. But still felt great getting on the scale this morning to see that I haven't GAINED! CW 214 Goal for 03/17/11 208

if it's working for you and you are being monitored by your doctor then I don't see a problem. I did atkins a few years ago and lost 20+ lbs but gained it all back. I try to do a low carb diet, I'm trying to stay at 100 or under.

I agree with everyone else. I'm still breastfeeding and my son is 19 mos. It's not as easy for the weight to come off now then it was the first year of breastfeeding. I wish I had started sooner but better late then never.

agree!!! I was diagnosed 4 yrs ago and lost weight just to gain it back over and over again. I have seen the same thing happen, If I stay under my carbs I lose weight. Calories don't see to matter as much. I've lost 12 lbs since Jan 1st.

I was barely fitting into a size 18 at 231, now I'm 214 and 18's are too big but 16's are tight. who knows! it all depends on the clothing. I'm almost able to button my 16's so I'm very excited about that!!
